5. Motion approving consultant service agreements with the following companies for
the following amounts for Plan Review Services, Inspection Services, Adjunct
Staffing Services and Program Audit Services in accordance with Request for
Qualification No. BI-0066-08B, based on most qualified proposals for an
estimated annual expenditure of $250,000. The term of the agreements will be
for twelve months with an option to extend the agreements for up to two
additional twelve month periods subject to the approval of the consultants and
the City Manager or his designee.

I, the Chief Financial Officer of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.
