5.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept grant funding in
the amount of $257,801.80 from the Texas Department of Transportation
(TXDOT) for Years 2 and 3 of the Comprehensive Selective Traffic Enforcement
Project (STEP) in the Police Department for overtime Driving While Intoxicated
and Speed enforcement with a City match of $114,175.02 and to execute all
related documents.
