7.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $484,856 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community
Oriented Policing Services (COPS) for funding available under the COPS 2008
Child Sexual Predator Program, funds to be used to reduce child endangerment
with acity in-kind contribution of $10,000 and to execute all related documents.
