8.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept additional grant
funding in the amount of $28,000 from the Executive Office of the President,
Office of National Drug Control Policy, to support the Police Departments role in
the Texas Coastal Corridor Initiative in the Houston High Intensity Drug
Trafficking Area.
