2. Motion approving a Municipal Lease Line of Credit with Frost National Bank in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0009-09 based on most advantageous bid
for an estimated annual expenditure of $113,400. The term of the contract is for
24months with options to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods,
subject to the approval of the contractor and the City Manager, or his designee.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury
to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose.

annual expenditure of $113,400. The term of the contract is for twenty four months with options
to extend for up to two additional twelve-month periods, subject to the approval of the contractor
