4. Motion approving the purchase of five (5) 2009 Compressed Natural Gas
Compact Sedans in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0042-09 from Lute
Riley Honda, of Richardson, Texas based on most advantageous bid for a total
of $128,800. Funding is available from the FY08-09 Capital Outlay Budget in the
Fleet Maintenance Fund.
