5.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a contract with
the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for funding in the
amount of $500,000 from the Community Youth Development Program for the
78415 Zip Code for projects as recommended by the Community Youth
Development Steering Committee for FY 2008- 2009, Contract Period
September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009.
