8. b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 2 to the construction contract with Garrett Construction of Ingleside, Texas,
in the amount $87,588.73 for a revised total contract price of $845,418.76 for the
Packery Channel Boat Ramp Parking Lot and Access Road FY 2007-2008 for
contractor mobilization, demobilization and other construction suspension costs.
