11.b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
3 to the Contract for Professional Services with LNV Engineering, Inc., of Corpus
Christi, Texas in the amount of $205,870, for a total restated fee not to exceed
$370,980, for the Street Overlays Cluster 2 and Cluster 4 for design and
construction administration of ADA Curb Ramps and additional construction
inspection of Clusters 2 and 4.
