12. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 3 to the construction contract with Haas Anderson Construction, Ltd., of
Corpus Christi, Texas in an amount not to exceed $129,005.17 for a restated not
to exceed contract amount of $14,791,114.17 for water line revisions and tie-in
beyond the original construction limits for the Bayfront Development
Implementation Plan -Phase 1 Improvements.
