11. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Traffic Signal
Installation Contract with Star Operations, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $745,176.50 for the Traffic Signal Installations for: (BOND 2004)
• Part 1, Part A: Port Avenue & Ayers for the Total Base Bid;
• Part 1, Part B: Gollihar & Airline for the Totat Base Bid and Additive Alternate
No. 1;
• Part 2, Park Road 22 & Whitecap and SH361 & Commodores for the Total
Base Bid.
