9. Motion approving the allocation of $32,770.70 from the Hotel Occupancy Tax
Fund and $61,633.30 from the General Fund to fund grant contracts with sixteen
(16) arts and cultural organizations for a total of twenty-two (22) arts projects.
Funding was authorized in the FY 2008-2009 budget.

I, the Director of Finance of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the money
required for the contrayt; agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to
the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
