9. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Change Order
No. 6 with R. S. Black Civil Contractors, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the
amount of $213,725 for the Oso Water Reclamation Plant Clarifier Structural
Improvements Project for replacement of non-operational slide gates and new
fiberglass grating and supports.
