No. 2 to the Contract For Professional Services with Martinez, Guy & Maybik of
Corpus Christi, Texas in the amount of $395,383, for a total re-stated fee of
$578,603 for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessible Ramps at multiple
locations on Staples Street from Six Points to Louisiana Parkway and on Water
Street from Coopers Alley to Interstate Highway 37. [BOND ISSUE 2004]
