19. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment
No. 7 to an engineering services contract with Chiang, Patel & Yerby, Inc. of
Dallas, Texas in the amount of $67,314.00 for a restated not to exceed fee of
$399,990 for construction and post construction phase services during
construction of Disposal Cell 4B and Storm Water Pond 1 at Cefe Valenzuela
Landfill.
