3.c. Motion approving the purchase of one graffiti truck from Champion Ford, of
Corpus Christi, Texas in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0075-09, based on
low bid for a total expenditure of $66,988. The equipment will be used by the
Police Department. Funds are available through the Crime Control and
Prevention District Fund.

for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of
the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other
purpose.
