3.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a supplemental
grant in the amount of $47,500 from the Texas Automobile Theft Prevention
Authority (ATPA) to purchase equipment for the motor vehicle theft enforcement
unit within the Police Department and to execute all related documents.
