8.a. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Extension Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Extreme Homes of Texas, LLC, owner
and developer of Maple Hills Subdivision,Unit 5, located south of Up River Road
and east of McKenzie Road, for the upsizing of 718-linear feet of PVC sanitary
sewer collection line from 8-inch diameter to 10-inch diameter.
