9. Motion approving the Street Construction and Reimbursement Agreement
submitted by Extreme Homes of Texas, LLC, owner and developer of Maple Hills
Subdivision Unit 5, located south of Up River Road and east of McKenzie Road
in the amount of $18,911.40, for the upgrading of 5,587-square yards of street
pavement from a Residential Collector cross section to a Neighborhood Collector
cross section. (BOND ISSUE 2004)

representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officer that the
money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
