12.a. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Lift Station Construction and
Reimbursement Agreement submitted by CNM 37, L.L.C., owner and developer
of the Thirty Seven Industrial Park, located south of Interstate Highway 37 and
east of Southern Minerals Road, for the upgrade of the Highway 9 Master Plan
Lift Station, including all related appurtenances.
