23.c. Motion amending the consultant contract with RAM Technologies, Inc., of Fort
Washington, PA for contract management and technical assistance of the
Automated Meter Reading project, in the amount of $138,701. Funding has been
programmed in the adopted FY2009 Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Budget.
