5. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an architectural
services contract with Dykema Architects, Inc., of Corpus Christi, Texas in an
amount of $134,000 for Heritage Park Cultural Center Historical
Preservation/Restoration Project for design, bid, construction, and additional
phase services. (Bond Issue 2008) (Requires 2/3 Vote)

required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not
been appropriated for any other purpose.
