4. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Change Order
No. 16 to the construction contract with Haas-Anderson Construction, Ltd. Of
Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of $121,157.05 for a revised contract
amount of $9,176,918.22 for Neighborhood Streets Clusters 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 for
additional material quantities required to close out the project. (Requires 213
Vote)

and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
