1.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept supplemental
funding in the amount of $100,000 from the Governor's Division of Emergency
Management, Texas Department of Public Safety, for additional funding eligible
under the FY 2008-2009 Local Border Security Program and to execute all
related documents.
