5. Motion approving the purchase of traffic signals and equipment from the following
companies for the following amounts in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0086-09 based on low bid, most advantageous bid and low bid meeting
specifications for a total amount of $285,873. Funds have been budgeted by
Traffic Signals in FY 2008-2009.

the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been
appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City
