11. Motion authorizing payment of the Special Commissioners Award in the amount
of $380,000 in connection with condemnation of Parcel 2, owned by Vickers
Family Trust, for fee simple property rights to 7.197 acres of land located along
the west side of Paul Jones Avenue, approximately one-quarter mile southeast of
South Padre Island Drive, necessary for the South Guth Ball Field Relocation
Project and for other related public purposes.
