3. Motion approving the lease purchase of thirteen (13) mobile data systems and
accessories from Datalux Corporation, of Winchester, VA, based on sole source
for a total amount of $83,720. The mobile data units will be used by the
Development Services Department. Financing for the mobile data units will be
provided through the City's lease/purchase financing program.

agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified
below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
