Motion approving an agreement with McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas for the purchase of Excess Liability Insurance, in accordance with Request for Proposal Number BI-0126-09, for a period of three years with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods, for a total three- year expenditure of approximately $1,125,600, of which approximately $62,533 is required for the remainder of FY 2008-2009. The term of the agreement will be for three years with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods, subject to the approval of the provider and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted in the Liability/Employee Benefit-Liability and Liability/Employee Benefits-Workers' Compensation Funds. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
