29. Motion directing staff to publish the required notice, under Chapter 402 of the
Texas focal Government Code, of a Public Hearing to consider adoption of an
Ordinance to establish a storm water utility rate, and setting a Public Hearing to
be held at the Tuesday, June 16, 2009 Meeting of the Corpus Christi City
Council.
