31.1. Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Chapter 380 Financing
Agreement with Parkdale Shopping Center (Developer) to authorize the
reimbursement of a 70% of increased sale and ad valorem tax revenues to offset
the costs of some of the required infrastructure improvements for the
redevelopment of portions of the Parkdale Shopping Center Staples, with at least
50,000 square feet of retail center improvements.
