10. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Change Order
No. 14 to the construction contract with Bay Ltd., of Corpus Christi, Texas in the
amount of $599,985 for a total restated fee of $11,413,882.78 fora 2-inch
overlay of hot mix asphaltic concrete, milling, manhole adjustments, pavement
markings and related improvements for the Cimarron Boulevard, Phase 1 -
Saratoga to Yorktown, for Bond 2008 Design Coordination and Project
Management Services.
