5.a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept additional grant
funding in the amount of $400,000 from the State of Texas, Governor's Division
of Emergency Management, under the FY 2007 Public Safety Interoperable
Communications (PSIC) Grant project to be used for the enhancement of voice
interoperability on the 800 MHz radio system, with a city cash match of $100,000,
for a total project amount of $500,000 and to execute all related documents.
