11. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
9 to an engineering services contract with Chiang, Patel & Yerby, Inc. of Dallas,
Texas in the amount of $344,000 for a restated not to exceed fee of $750,650
during construction of Disposal Cell 1 at Cefe Valenzuela Landfill for design, bid,
construction and post construction phase services.
