6. Motion approving a supply agreement with IDEXX Distribution Inc., of Westbrook,
Maine for the laboratory testing reagent "Colilerk" in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. BI-0112-09 based on sole source far an estimated annual
expenditure of $52,517.50. The term of the supply agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to two additional twelve month periods,
subject tv the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds have been budgeted by the Health and Water Departments for FY 2009-
2010.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas for hislher duly authorized
representative}, hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate off cers that the money required for the
current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for
any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
