a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept a grant in the
amount of $1,132,124 from the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice
Assistance, for funding eligible under the FY 2009 Recovery Act Edward
Byrne Justice Assistance Grant, funds to be distributed to Nueces County,
City of Robstown, and City of Port Aransas under the established lnterlocal
Agreements, and to execute all related documents.
