6. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Contract for Professional Services with Govind Nadkarni, P.E., d.b.a.
Govind Development, LLC, of Corpus Christi, Texas, in the amount of $241,500
for a total restated fee of $296,250 for Bond 2008 Design Coordination and
Project Management Services. The term of the contract will be for 12 months
with an option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. BOND
ISSUE 2008
