Annual Texas Jazz Festival, starting on Friday, October 16, 2009 at 8:00 a.m.
through Monday, October 19, 2009 at 5:00 a.m. pending the certificate of
insurance to be submitted two weeks prior to the event and upon meeting the
conditions and requirements for permit in Sec. 49-11.
