a. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract
with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for funding in
the amount of $503,500 from the Community Youth Development Program for
the 18415 Zip Code for projects as recommended by the Community Youth
Development Steering Committee for Fiscal Year 2009- 2010, Contract
Period September 1, 2009 through August 31, 2010.
