a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Bridge
Participation Agreement with Braselton Land Ventures, Inc., Developer of
Rancho Las Brisas Unit 2, in the amount of $45,905.82 for future construction
of a bridge over Ditch 31 for the extension of Fred's Folly Drive of which the
City will participate in an amount not to exceed $253,193.38.
