17. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Street
Participation Agreement with Braselton Land Ventures, Inc., Developer of
Rancho Las Brisas Unit 2, in the amount of $9,710.21 for the City's portion of
the cost for Sydney Street and Los Rancheros Drive for construction of pavement
adjacent to a park.

money required for the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in
the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and
has not been appropriated for any other purpose.
