b. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment
No. 1 in the amount of $200,000 for a restated not to exceed fee of $250,000
to the Professional Services agreement with HDR Engineering of Corpus
Christi, Texas for preparation of an Energy Efficiency Conservation Strategy
and Community Sustainability Plan to satisfy Department of Energy
requirements for the City of Corpus Christi to receive an Energy Efficiency
Conservation Block Grant.
