b. Motion approving the Sanitary Sewer Collection Line Extension Construction
and Reimbursement Agreement submitted by Senior Quality Lifestyle
Corporation, developer of The Village at Timbergate Unit 1, located south of
Timbergate Drive and east of South Staples Street (FM 2444), for the
extension of an 8-inch collection line, including all related appurtenances.

Villaue at Timbergate Unit 1 Subdivision, as provided for by City Ordinance No. 17396. Said
$32 323.35 is the construction cost, including engineering cost, in excess of the lotlacreage fee, as
shown by the cost supporting doc is hed herewith.
