5. Motion approving the lease purchase of approximately 5,124 curbside collection
containers from Schaefer Systems International, of Charlotte, North Carolina for
the total amount of $232,071.60. The award is based on the cooperative
purchasing agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council of Governments
(H-GAC). The containers will be used in the City's automated collection
program. Funds for the lease purchase of the curbside collection containers will
be provided through the City's lease/purchase financing program.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate ,officers that the money required for the
current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the
Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for
any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City Council.
