17. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a letter of
agreement with Nueces Electric Cooperative in Robstown, Texas, in the amount
of $54,714.06 for the FM 624 Continuous Lighting Plan, from Highway 77 to
approximately 1,500 feet west of County Road 73.
