a. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to purchase twelve
months software licensing and support (January 1, 2010 -December 31,
2010) for the Maximo application suite of software from International Business
Machines (IBM) Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in an amount not to
exceed $56,279.45 based on sole source.
