15. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement to accept, process, and dispose of solid waste delivered
by Aransas County at the City's Cefe Valenzuela Municipal Landfill for a period of
one year, renewable annually until 2029.
