11. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a construction
contract for the Base Bid No. 1, Schedule B with Bay, Ltd., of Corpus Christi,
Texas in an amount not to exceed $479,827 for the Corpus Christi International
Airport for the Taxiway B4 Widening between West General Aviation Apron and
Taxiway F.

the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated
for any other purpose.
