a. Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the
Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Corpus Christi and
Nueces County for an amount up to $1,200,000 to be paid by Nueces County
and $1,200,000 to be paid by the City for the shared total project cost of
widening and improving County Road 52 from County Road 69 to US 77.
(subject to the approval of Nueces County) (BOND ISSUE 2008)
