25. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute all documents
necessary to enter into athree-year service contract with Humana Insurance
Company of Louisville, KY to provide a retiree health insurance plan and other
related services to Medicare-eligible retirees, dependents, and survivors
participating in the Citicare Plan in accordance with Request for Proposal
Number BI-0153-09.
