11. Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with Gregory H. Smith, et al. for the acquisition of Parcels 1 and
1-TCE in the total amount of $331,112 for acquisition of fee simple property
rights to 7.10 acres of land for drainage purposes, 3.707 acres for Temporary
Construction Easement, new cattle fencing and other minor improvements,
including $3,000 far closing costs, all necessary for the Flour BlufF Drive, Phase
1, S.P.I.D. to Graham Road Street improvements, Project #6498, and for other
municipal purposes. {BAND ISSUE 2008}

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly
authorized representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate
officers that the money required for the current fiscal year's. portion of the contract,
agreement, obligation or expenditure described below is in the Treasury to the credit of
the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has not been appropriated for
any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation by the City
Council.
